Paying homage to traditional sailing vessels, the OA6 luxury residential tower, floats above an open lower landscaped lobby, unanchored like a giant airy sail.

Conceived with passive solar design and sustainable architectural principles, the design leans heavily on renewable energy and resource conservation. It aims to unabashedly pave the way for sensible high rise architecture throughout the Middle East.

Features such as its “double hull” design, reflective white glass STO cladding, and its earth sheltered wedding hall below street level, among others, will reduce exposure to the extreme weather conditions—considerably tempering the interior spaces. Also featured in the design is a central atrium that not only encourages natural ventilation and natural lighting, but allows both to permeate into the residences from the inside out.
